“We wanted to make the most authentic representation of New York pizza.. For us, we want Jabroni’s to be a slice shop, some place that someone can come in and get pang-meryenda lang, or [even get] a whole pizza,” Justin said.
We had the pleasure of indulging in their diverse pizza menu. Among the ones we tried were The Popeye (spinach, artichoke, white sauce, and mozzarella), The Amboy (meatballs, pancetta, and vodka sauce), The House (classic red sauce and cheese), The White (white sauce, truffle, and ricotta), and The Vodka Roni (pepperoni and vodka sauce).

The flavors were fresh and straightforward, the toppings were generous, and taking a bite of that thin crust was incredibly satisfying. For a more flavorful experience, don’t skip the drizzle of their sweet and spicy honey as it adds just the right kick to each bite.
