A continuing gala of classic American fare from 17 June – 26 July at Oakroom

From June 17 to July 26, celebrate and enjoy classic American dining as Chef Jerome Cartailler presents a special menu containing crafted burgers that will truly make you drool – such as: the MEXICAN BURGER, mesquite smoked with melted cheddar, jalapenos, sour cream and chili, accompanied by nacho chips, salsa and mayonnaise. That’s just one of those burger favorites that you wouldn’t want to miss.

Start your meal right with this hearty cream soup filled with potatoes, clams and bacon. YUM!

Well, prepare yourselves to have a delectable dilemma with the top choices of certified US Angus Beef cuts Oakroom has in store for you. Better come starving because Oakroom is ready to fill your hungry tummies with their Marinated US Flank Steak served with tomato and green mango salsa, Striploin, Porterhouse, Steak & Jumbo Prawn and of course, the most popular Rib-Eye. These steaks would be perfectly paired with the latest wine collection at the Oakroom – we highly suggest the Two Vines Cabernet Sauvignon, very smooth and well-rounded.

Hold on, don’t stop just yet. Better save some room for dessert because I promise you, Oakroom is saving the best for last. An overall classic American dining experience should be accompanied with a lovely dessert; and, while Chef Jerome has prepared a choice of Pumpkin Cheesecake, Key Lime Pie and Brownie Super Sundae, I highly recommend choosing the SUPER SPECIAL BROWNIE SUPER SUNDAE. With ultra rich whipped cream, vanilla ice cream and the chocolatiest chunks of brown bites, this dessert is definitely SUPER — SUPER GOOD, SUPER AMAZING, SUPER SARAP!
