Top Gear Philippines posted on Facebook a photo of what appears to be a car that fell from a parking building down to an occupied parking lot in Greenhills.
Caption says, “From Erica Tan: “OMG!!! A car just fell from a third-floor parking lot in front of us in Greenhills!”
