Milk Tea and Snacks from Taiwan Available at Lucky Tea!

Of course, they also offered us their milk tea to help detox our bodies. Did you know that tea is known for its anti-oxidant and cleansing effects? Have you tried the Black Sesame Milk Tea? It has a very sweet bean-like flavour, which I really love love love! Black sesame actually helps lower blood sugar and boost the immune system.

I also had the chance to taste their other milk tea bestsellers: Honeydew Green Apple Milk Tea, Dark Chocolate Milk Tea, and Mactha Latte. Honeydew is more on the sweet fruity candy side, while Mactha is more on the bittersweet cleansing taste. I’m sure you all love Dark Chocolate. Well, theirs is very chocolate-y and concentrated in flavor.

Among the milk tea bestsellers are Green Apple Yakult Milk Tea, Mactha Latte Tea, and Honeydew Green Apple Milk Tea.

The last offering was their new set of dishes, which came out around March 2014. You should try them. They’re very good. In contrast to the bestsellers, which have a Chinese-theme to it, the new dishes were more American-themed, such as the Corndog, Hamburger and fries, and the Chorizo Aglio Olio (pasta with Chinese chorizo and olive oil).

While their regular snacks menu have a Taiwanese-flavor, their new lineup of menu lean toward American style dishes. The hamburger patty is super soft and has a cheesy filling, which is actually made from scratch.

Lucky Tea prides itself in using only premium ingredients, as well as family recipes. We had a very good time chatting with each other while enjoying the well-prepared food presentation. My particular favorites were the Fish Fillet lavishly garnished with rosemary, and the Black Sesame Milk Tea. Also, the Mactha Milk Tea and Chorizo Aglio Olio are a very ideal and favorite pairing for me. You should check out their place and try those dishes and drinks if you haven’t yet!
