Between planning a party while juggling my full-time job and responsibilities at home, I was looking for a way to make my birthday a memorable evening without the hassle of DIY stuff, and I found it. Cocktails to Go PH has been doing this since 2009– mixing local, premium spirits and fresh ingredients and enthusiastically bringing them to your event!

As soon as I saw the setup, I immediately thought, WOW, this is not just your average supplier. It elevated the vibe of the party with its elegant display. But what truly made them the highlight of the party, more than their fully equipped mobile bar and delicious concoctions, is their skilled and professional bartenders who don’t just serve drinks, but provide entertainment too! They created a buzz that had all my guests talking about how a simple gathering felt like a truly special event!

Beyond their classic bar services, Cocktails to Go PH offers three dynamic, interactive experiences that were a huge hit with our legal-aged guests. They make sure drinks flow throughout the event, so no one ever has to wait in a long line—which, let’s admit, is a total bummer, especially when there are a lot of guests!

- The Roving Bar Trolley: This mini bar on wheels rolled right up to our guests’ tables, where bartenders whipped up custom drinks with so much flair right in front of them, making every guest feel like a VIP.
- The Roving Shot Box: The Roving Shot Box kept the party going by delivering a curated collection of shots right to our legal-aged guests!

- Table and Pass Around Service: Their team also roamed the party with trays of shots, making sure no legal-aged guest was empty-handed.
I also appreciated how respectful the bartenders are when it’s time to dial down the intake. They can even whip up virgin drinks and mocktails that allow us to drink responsibly, at our own pace.

The duo behind all these amazing experiences is the founders, Nilo and Sheena Manuel—and they’re total pros! Nilo shares that his degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, paired with hands-on experience from working in hotels and bars, has been key to building their brand’s success. Alongside co-owner Sheena, who brings her own expertise and passion to the table, they make sure every single detail is up to their standards. Despite a fully booked evening, Nilo even made time to stop by our party to say hi and get to know us personally—proving that their mission to deliver unforgettable experiences with “sincerity, skill, and heart” is genuine.
