See below for full mechanics:
1. Metrobank Prepaid Card Live Without Regrets Travel Raffle promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promo”) will run from March 3, 2014 to April 30, 2014 (the “Promo Period”).
2. The Promo is open to clients who avail of a Metrobank Prepaid Card within the Promo Period (the “Prepaid Cardholders’).
a) The Application Process is as follows:
i. Go to Metrobank Branch
ii. Accomplish the Prepaid Card Application Form and present a valid ID
iii. Pay the P100 Welcome Kit Fee and get the Prepaid Card instantly!
b) Each client may avail of only one Metrobank Prepaid Card
3. Employees of Metrobank, its advertising/PR agencies and its accredited service providers, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.
4. Prepaid Cardholders shall earn one (1) raffle entry when they use their Metrobank Prepaid Card for at least one signature-based point-of-sale (POS) or internet/online transaction of any amount at a MasterCard-affiliated merchant within the Promo Period. Only one (1) raffle entry will be given per qualified Prepaid Cardholder throughout the promo period.
5. The raffle draw will be held on May 7, 2014, 4 pm at Retail Banking Group, 19th Floor, Metrobank Plaza, Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, and will be done in the presence of a DTI representative and two (2) Metrobank officers.
6. The Prepaid Cardholder’s winning raffle entry will be validated against Metrobank’s records. The Prepaid Cardholder’s card must be active and in good standing at the time of the raffle draw.
7. Three (3) winners and fifteen (15) buffers will be drawn in case any of the winners will be deemed unqualified.
8. Each winner will receive one (1) Travel Voucher from TravelServices worth Php25,000.00. Details of the Travel Voucher are as follows:
i. Valid for one year from date of issuance
ii. Voucher is valid only for domestic travel
iii. Each voucher is for one time use only. No refund will be given for unused services.
iv. Should the winner book a travel package that is worth more than the voucher amount, the additional expenses shall be charged to the account of the voucher holder.
v. Subject to space availability and not valid during Holy Week and other holidays.
9. The 20% prize tax on the prizes will be paid by Metrobank.
10. Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
11. Winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS, and email using details provided in their Metrobank Prepaid MasterCard Application Form
12. Winners must claim the prize within 60 days of receipt of notification. Failure to claim a prize within the specified period shall result in the forfeiture of prize by Metrobank with prior approval of DTI.
13. Winners with Metro Manila addresses must notify Metrobank at least one (1) banking day before he/she will claim the prize. Prize can be claimed during weekdays from 9:00AM to 4:30PM at Retail Banking Group, 19th Floor, Metrobank Plaza , Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City. Winners with provincial address must notify Metrobank at least five (5) banking days before he/she will claim the prize from the a specified Metrobank branch.
14. Each winner must present the following:
i. Winner Notification Letter from Metrobank and signed Quitclaim attached
ii. Valid ID
iii. Metrobank Prepaid Card
15. The winner authorizes Metrobank to disclose and publish his/her name, photos and other particulars determined by Metrobank to any person/s and in any mode or manner, as the bank may deem appropriate.
