Melissa Ricks is expecting her first child with her non-showbiz husband Michael Macatangay!
The actress and “Star Circle Quest” alum revealed the good news on her Instagram page through a video she made that was narrated by a child’s voice to make it seem as though it’s her baby that’s speaking. The video featured clips of her family viewing the sonogram at a clinic.
“When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen,” Melissa wrote on the caption, quoting the Bible.

Many of her celebrity friends and followers including Say Alonzo, Gretchen Fullido, DJ Chacha, Dianne Medina, and Neri Miranda sent their congratulatory messages and well-wishes in the comments of her posts.
Melissa and Michael married in 2021 in an intimate wedding ceremony in California, USA, where most of her relatives were based. They went public with their relationship in late 2019 when she greeted him on his birthday and called him her “answered prayer.”
The actress has a daughter Kiera with former partner, chef and businessman Charles Togezaki, from whom she separated in 2015.
