Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto seems to be one step ahead when it comes to handling the new coronavirus diseases 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
Mayor Sotto announced through his Facebook page that they have already converted Dahlia Hotel Pasig into a quarantine facility.
He revealed that according to experts, there will still be an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in the country. In the bid to contain the virus, “Kailangan handa tayo. (We should be prepared.) Strict supervised 14-day quarantines of PUMs & PUIs with mild-moderate symptoms is one way we can minimize community risk,” the mayor wrote.
