The La Union–born bakery announced the news in a social media post, emphasizing that it wasn’t an easy decision to make. Following the closure of their Taft branch in March, they also shared the schedule for final visits to their remaining branches.
Masa Bakehouse’s BF Homes branch in Parañaque will offer dine-in until May 18, with takeout and delivery services continuing until June 15. Meanwhile, the BGC Taguig branch will stay open for as long as possible, though no specific closing date has been provided.
Their La Union and El Nido branches, however, will remain operational, with the bakery shifting its focus to these locations.
“To everyone who hung out with us in the city, thank you for the love. We appreciate you all,” they wrote. “We hope you join us as we return to our roots in the province. Yes, Masa La Union and El Nido will remain open! See you by the sea.”
You can visit their La Union branch at Costales St., Sitio Dappat, San Juan, and El Nido branch near the public market next to Jurias LBC/Caltex.
Masa Bakehouse is best known for its delectable ube pandesal, pan de coco, and croissants.
