Ah, Friendster. If you remember Friendster, you’re entitled to a senior citizen card.
Jokes aside, Friendster was like the spiritual ancestor of Facebook and most social media sites nowadays. It had everything–friend lists, testimonials (write me a testi! :-)), and everything. Sometimes I wonder what it’d be like if it were still around now.
Well, Lawrence Suzara imagined just that. A world where Friendster modernized itself while still retaining what made it super fun and cool. Themes that you could customize for your profile, the whole testimonial feature and who viewed your page, even music players! That would make everything so much more entertaining, interactive, and fun. Suzara reimagined it all and more with this project! And we have to say: It looks absolutely stunning!
Check out the post here (and the rest of his art on his behance!).
If Friendster, Asia's grandfather of social networking, was still a thing in 2020.- Custom themes- Autoplay music-…
I would personally make my background the Hogwarts castle. How about you?
