Iced Vanilla Latte with Cold Foam
This classic iced latte features a smooth and creamy vanilla taste made even more refreshing with its airy cold foam. The recipe uses the Vaniglia flavor from the Nespresso Barista Creations which features a rich and custardy vanilla flavor. Here’s how you can make it:
What you need:
- Nespresso Essenza Mini
- Nespresso Aeroccino 4 Refresh
- 1 Nespresso Barista Creations Vaniglia capsule
- milk of choice
- vanilla syrup
Directions:
- Brew one Nespresso Barista Creations Vaniglia pod using your Essenza Mini.
- Froth 1/2 cup of milk using your Nespresso Aeroccino 4 Refresh.
- In your glass, add 1 Tbsp of vanilla syrup, then add ice.
- Pour your frothed milk and your espresso.
- Top with the milk foam and enjoy.
Cocoa Truffle Caramel Mocha
This indulgent iced mocha features the perfect blend of rich cocoa and caramel in one drink. The recipe uses the Cioccolatino flavor from the Nespresso Barista Creations which features the exquisite flavor of dark chocolate mixed with the signature taste of roasted coffee. Here’s how you can make it:
What you need:
- Nespresso Essenza Mini
- Nespresso Aeroccino 4 Refresh
- 1 Nespresso Barista Creations Cioccolatino capsule
- milk of choice
- dulce de leche
- 1 dark chocolate square
Directions:
- Put one dark chocolate square in your espresso shot glass before brewing.
- Brew one Nespresso Barista Creations Cioccolatino pod using your Essenza Mini.
- Mix the melted chocolate into your espresso.
- Froth 1/2 cup of milk using your Nespresso Aeroccino 4 Refresh.
- In your glass, add approximately 1 Tbsp of dulce de leche (you can also use caramel sauce!).
- Add your milk and mix it with the dulce de leche.
- Add ice and pour in your espresso.
- Top your drink with milk foam and cocoa powder. Enjoy!
