LOOK: There’s a fan-made Filipino version of Pokemon and it’s stunning!

Ever wanted to see Pokemon that were based on animals native to the Philippines? How about a map that looked like our 7107 islands? Look no further than Pokemon Infernal Dark/Eternal Light, a project by Filipino group ELID Team (with some non-locals who are interested in the culture). It’s got a map reminiscent of our country’s shape, Pokemon that are native to our country, and even a Professor Narra!

Set in Bayan Region, Pokemon Infernal Dark/Eternal Light challenges players to catch ’em all–but in a totally new, exciting way! The art is stunning, the concepts are amazing, and it’s all so exciting! You can choose your starter, as always, and have the choice among Bintukit, Aguilit, and Calfin. All of them are equally adorable and unique.

This idea is so cool and we can’t wait for the project to be finished. Head over to their Twitter on Instagram to see more cool designs, more Pokemon that they’re creating, and the heroes of the journey. More power to you guys!
