For most of us, we were first introduced to actor-host Luis “Lucky” Manzano as one of the pioneering VJs of MYX channel.
This weekend, Lucky posted a throwback to MYX Magazine’s first-ever cover on his Instagram account which featured him along with a few other pioneering jockeys.

“The very first issue of @myxph mag! Wow!!” he wrote on the caption.
The cover also included Nikki Gil, Heart Evangelista, Iya Villania, Geoff Eigenmann, and Karel Marquez.
“Aww those awesome days!” Karel commented on the post.
Meanwhile, many fans and followers gushed over this “OG” batch and reminisced the old days when they would watch them on television.
MYX Channel was among the many under the parent network ABS-CBN to have suffered closures due to the shutdown. Though it is no longer on-air, it can still be watched online on various social media platforms.
