Let’s admit it, we’ve all dreamed of being on TV at some point in our lives. To be under a literal spotlight, to hear people cheering out your name, or to answer steaming questions about your life by big personalities like Boy Abunda. But for most of us, this dream ends in being just that—only a dream.

That is until the opening of the ABS-CBN Studio Experience (Studio XP) at the Ayala Malls Tri Noma.

For two and a half hours, anyone can live out their dream of becoming a Kapamilya Star in this unique playground for only Php 375. Studio XP has a place for the young and old to have fun and to showcase their talents in a Kapamilya studio setting.

In Studio XP’s Reality Studio, visitors get to experience first-hand a few famous reality Kapamilya games, such as Minute To Win It: The Experience to become the Last Man Standing, and Pinoy Big Brother Breakout.

But if playing games really isn’t your style, there’s a place where you can flaunt your talents as well. You can test your singing abilities and see if all four judges would turn their chairs to you at The Voice Open Mic.

You can also have your dream duet with a Kapamilya star, act out a dramatic scene, or take the hot seat in Tonight With Boy Abunda’s Fast Talk in Star Lab, where you’ll be given a chance to rehearse and then perform in front of an actual director who will assist and guide you throughout your performance.

Ever wonder what it’s like to be behind the scenes? Now you can have a glimpse of what it’s like working as a TV crew member in It’s Showtime Director’s Booth, where you and your group of friends will orchestrate the overall production of all five segments of the show.

And for those who just want to sit back and relax instead, there’s an 80-seater Kapamilya Theater where visitors can watch the 4D production of ‘ASAP 4D’, or compete in a multiplayer game with Misyon: Ang Probinsyano (a patintero-based game), or the “Ang Propesiya: La Luna Sangre (an agawan base game) with the available iPad per seat.

If that’s not exciting enough, lucky Studio XP guests may even be receiving a live video call from an ABS-CBN star through the Celebrity Calling booth, or may actually get to meet a Kapamilya star visiting the Studio from time to time.

The last, but not the least, division of Studio XP is the Fantasy Studio, which is based on the action and fantasy shows and movies produced by ABS-CBN. Here, adventure junkies can test their fitness skills through the Action Academy obstacle course, or defeat engkantos and other elementals in the ARX– an augmented reality game that was imported from Japan.

Of course, an experience such as this won’t be enough without a snack. Guests of Studio XP can also try the new Filipino comics-themed organic Heroes Burger, with meals starting at only Php 55, and are inspired by iconic superheroes Darna, Lastikman, and Captain Barbell.

As the head of ABS-CBN Themed Experiences Inc. Cookie Bartolome said, though, Studio XP “is better experienced than explained.” For only Php 375, you can live our dream of being a star and get a chance to meet our dream celebrities too. And hey, for all you know, you might be discovered by a Kapamilya in Studio XP too, and actually be on TV someday. ;)
