Former GMA Network actor Jerald Napoles is the newest addition to long-running television series FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano which stars his good friend Coco Martin.
Jerald revealed in previous interviews during his contract signing with Viva Artists Agency that he and Coco have long been talking about him being part of the original cast of the show and that he had to turn the offer down for Sunday noontime variety show Sunday PinaSaya.
But now that he is part of the Kapamilya network, Jerald is finally making this dream come true!
He officially confirmed the news that he is joining Ang Probinsyano on Instagram where he introduced his character, Jimbo Padua.
“Nagbabalik si Judge Arturo Padua @tirsocruziii kasama ang bagong asawa at mga anak sa #FPJAngProbinsyano kilalanin ang panganay na si #JimboPadua kakampi o kalaban?” he wrote in the caption.

Cast members Ara Mina and Rhen Escaño, who play Ellen Padua and Clarice Padua respectively, also shared the news of the newest addition to the “Padua Family.”
“Hi everyone! Surprise! Simula po bukas ng gabi mapapanood nyo na po ang #PaduaFamily sa Ang Probinsyano,” wrote Ara.
“May bagong pamilya kayong makakasama sa FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano. Happy Holidays from pamilya Padua,” said Rhen.

Jerald has been a talent of Triple A Management for 8 years, being cast in various shows on GMA Network. He was a mainstay in Sunday PinaSaya for four years before it aired its final episode in December 2019.
