ย Lima Park Hotel
ย
I can’t believe we’re back once again at Lima Park Hotel, ย the place which we consider our home when in Batangas. ย And when I say home, it doesn’t only pertain to a place where we get to relax to escape from city woes… ย You see at Lima Park Hotel, ย we found not only a home but a family.
ย
We sooo missed everyone from our last visit and it truly was a joy and a blessing to cross paths with the people whom we respect and admire so much. It was such a delight to see the place expand and be filled with so many people. We weren’t really surprised for we both knew that Lima Park Hotel is destined for ย greatness with the amount of passion and dedication which they pour into their work. ย

Cooking showdown!ย
ย
ย
We were totally clueless on what was instore for us that weekend and upon arriving, ย we were surprised that one of our most admired and respected chefs, ย Chef Pol Poblador even made an effort to set up a cooking showdown for Frank! ย We never thought that we were the ones assigned to cook lunch! ย OMG! Of course, ย we were game for every challenge which come our way and though Frank seemed to be shy that time, ย I knew that deep inside he was very eager to show off his hidden cooking skills which he has been keeping for ages lols! ย
ย
ย
ย
Chef Pol prepared ingredients for us to cook and he arranged a Korean menu that time with Bulgogi as our main dish! ย Chef Pol guided us all throughout the cooking and at the end, ย it was Frank’s dish who won as best tasting Bulgogi! ย Aaarrrrrgghhh! ย

Night time came and we were starving when we woke up! ย Great thing the restaurant was still open so we were able to order one of the best pizzas in the country which we have been craving for for months!

We also ordered a serving of their Carbonara! ย Both tasted really good and we felt sooooo full we weren’t able to sleep! ย You see, ย it was one of those perfect nights where you wouldn’t wanna fall asleep for you wanted the moment to freeze and last longer…
