In celebration of Mother’s Day, Bangkok’s Benjasiri Park has been running a gorgeous fountain show every night this August.Â
Bring your dearest mother and be astounded by the cinematic water and lights spectacle made possible by modern technologies. Visitors can see this amazing show thrice a day: 7 PM, 8 PM, and 9 PM. Each round is about 10 minutes long.
There will also be displays of Queen Sirikit’s legacy and devotion to Thailand, as this beautiful initiative is a tribute to her. Mother’s Day fell on 12 August, in commemoration of the birthday of the Queen Mother. This year, Queen Sirikit is celebrating her 91st birthday.
It’s recommended to sit by the amphitheater to get a good view of the show.
Benjasiri Park is very accessible, especially via BTS Skytrain. Alight at Phrom Phong Station and head to the walkway leading to the park. After the fountain show, enjoy walking around the 4,800 sqm green space or check out the luxury malls Emquartier and Emporium beside it.
The Mother’s Day Fountain Show in Benjasiri Park is only available until 31 August 2023.
