Darlene de Roca opened the show with her welcome speech, followed by words of acknowledgement by Ricky de Roca.
Lydia de Roca handed the awards to her employees, to whom she was very grateful for their efforts throughout the years. She considers her employees a part of her family. It is worth noting that many of her employees have been with Lydia’s Lechon for at least 10 years. The oldest had been with them from the beginning, and that’s counting 50 years!
