Kathryn Bernardo and Lucena City Mayor Mark Alcala have been linked in rumors since 2025, but neither has made a public confirmation. They were recently spotted together at SM Aura in Bonifacio Global City.

Clips circulating online show Bernardo browsing a clothing store while Alcala paused to take photos with fans. Another video captured them enjoying frozen yogurt together, with some viewers noting what appeared to be hand-holding.

This isn’t the first time the pair have been seen in public. Over the past year, they have also been spotted at luxury malls in Makati and fine-dining restaurants. Social media activity, including Bernardo following Alcala and his siblings, has further fueled speculation.
Despite the public sightings and online chatter, there has been no official statement from either Bernardo or Alcala, so their relationship status remains unverified.
Bernardo was previously in a high-profile relationship with actor Daniel Padilla. The two confirmed the breakup in 2023.
