The summer heat may be hard to beat, but actress Jasmine Curtis shared some simple ways to beat it.
She said in an interview during the press conference for her latest film Maledicto, “Just stay hydrated, so your body doesn’t always look for something to sweat out. Try to look for shade, ‘wag masyadong magpapaaraw [english translation: don’t go out and bask in the sun too much,] choose not to.”
