Hey, Disney fans! Looks like the live-action remake rumors haven’t stopped quite yet. While Disney has been hard at work cranking out new live-action films of our favorite animated ones, this one came as a bit of a surprise. It had always been overshadowed by the other, more popular Disney films despite its glorious animation, beautiful art, and touching story. Yes, we’re talking about Atlantis.
While it wasn’t as big of a hit as the princess movies, Atlantis remains to be a stellar film–both visually and narratively. And we totally understand why people would now want it recreated!
The best part? Beloved Spider-Man actor, Tom Holland, is being eyed to play the part! Fans all over the internet joyfully agreed with the thought, thinking that the actor looked a lot like awkward, sweet Milo Thatch. While nothing’s confirmed yet, we’re just hoping that Disney hears our pleas! 😉
