We can all agree that lasagna is one hunk of a beefcake… literally! Just think— layered sheets of pasta with layers of meaty tomato sauce and creamy bechamel in between, add more repeating layers, then top the whole thing with cheese. Now, bake it ’til the top melts into a gooey mess of flavors, and there you have it. A delicious, savory mess of beefy goodness that you can cut into.
While it is fun to eat, a lot of work goes into making lasagna. There are tons of ingredients, tons of steps, and a ton of mess after! So if you’re too busy for that (go team work from home!) or if you just want to lounge like Garfield, leave it to the experts: House of Lasagna!
An Italian restaurant that first started out in San Juan, House of Lasagna was established in the year 2009 by Cebuano Chef Erick Congmon. Known for hearty pasta dishes, Chef Erick hopes to impart the taste of home through his dishes.
