HKDL has truly outdone itself by rolling out special food and drinks for their 10th anniversary, as well. This means that you can treat the entire family to an extravagant dinner or simply have a romantic evening for two with more than 60 different food and beverage choices. Hong Kong Disneyland Resort’s Celebration Overlays with Gift Sets

If you decide to stay at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, you can avail of their 10th anniversary themed overlay package for an extra Php6,680 to make your holiday all the more unforgettable.

The package includes a door sticker, a window sticker, a bed runner, slippers, a greeting card, balloons, and other exclusive items, such as a 12″ Mickey Mouse stuffed toy!

Frozen Room Decorations

If you’re in more of a snowy mood, then you might want to avail of HKDL’s Christmas room decorations instead, which are centred around Frozen. For an extra Php3,646, you can get special Frozen room decorations for all room types to make your little girls happy as can be!

Aside from the cool window decals, the package includes a door sticker, a bed runner and a 12″ Christmas Mickey stuffed toy!

Frozen Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

If you will be in Disneyland for the holidays, get ready to spot Princess Anna and Queen Elsa on Main Street as Elsa uses her powers to light the Christmas tree. They will be there to sing songs until January 3, 2016 – and to thrill you with Elsa’s dazzling powers, of course.

The Royal Banquet Hall will also offer delicious buffet dinners on designated days where you can meet some of the characters and enjoy the Disney in the Stars fireworks in a VIP viewing area.

Star Wars Themed Merchandise

It is no secret that the new Star Wars movie is almost upon us. Well, just in time for the premiere, a large collection of Star Wars memorabilia is available in HKDL’s park stores.

There are more than 250 choices of Star Wars household items, apparel, toys, models and ornaments available during the year-long celebration.

Free Wi-Fi Coverage

Probably the best news about the new and improved 10-year-old Hong Kong Disneyland is that they now have free Wi-Fi at the park – something that wasn’t available before November 17 of this year. This means that you can share all of your Happily Ever After moments online. And don’t worry. The Wi-Fi is free of charge! 😉

Other things you can look forward to that I was sadly not able to experience include the “Happily Ever After” Twilight Celebration where a special one-minute castle projection will be shown after every sunset; and the Fairy Tale Forest presented by PANDORA, where you can discover mini iconic scenes from various Disney Princess Stories complete with music-box scenes that you can activate.

As you can see, there’s always something new to enjoy at Hong Kong Disneyland. So, if you’ve been having an inner debate as to whether HKDL would be worth another visit, worry no more. Any HKDL trip is always well worth it.
