Heneral Luna Oscars 2016

HENERAL LUNA was written and directed by Jerrold Tarog, and premiered in theaters on September 9. John Arcilla plays the mercurial but brilliant general Antonio Luna, who led the country in its military warfare under the government of President Emilio Aguinaldo.

If you ask us, this was a well-deserved selection!

An independent film, HENERAL LUNA reportedly cost P80 million to produce, and should it have a successful run, sequels featuring Gen. Gregorio del Pilar and Manuel Quezon will be in the works, a la Marvel!
