Vocalist Jahred Shaine appeared first time on the Dutdutan stage decked in a duck hunter’s jacket.
This year, Dutdutan’s headlining band is none other than Higher Education Planet Earth or simply stylized as (hed) P.E. Hailing from Huntington Beach, California. The four-piece unit is composed of Jahred Shaine on vocals, Mawk on bass, Jaxon on guitars and Trauma on drums. Their music is an eclectic mix of hard rock, hip-hop, metal, reggae, ska and hardcore punk, which they refer to as G-Punk.
The band rose to prominence during the Nu-metal craze of the late ’90s and early ’00s with their albums “Broke” and “Blackout”
Jaxon is the sole guitarist of the band playing both lead and rhythm guitars
