The poster reads: On the day of the election, someone will pay you Php 500.00 to vote for someone who will be mayor for 3 years. Divide that Php 500.00 to 1095 days and you will end up with Php 0.45 cents. That is what your character is worth for 3 years! Nothing is worth Php 0.45 cents anymore, only YOU
