Thirty mouth-watering dishes from our talented contestants will be yours for the indulging. This time, don’t just be a spectator. On November 4 at Mercato Centrale BGC, 25th street corner 7th avenue, be part of food history and decide who takes the cake (or adobo? Your palates would be surprised).
From 6PM-9PM, cast your ballot for your top 3, and help your favorite chefs and dishes move on to the next part of the NBFE competition.
You don’t have to be a food critic to know a good meal. From artisanal touches oncomfort food, and twists to traditional plates, to innovative fusion grub, and artistic treats that look as sweet as they taste – who do you want to see make waves in the gastronomic scene?
For a door price of P150 per head, the choice is yours.
