The weekend continues with cocktail experiences led by award-winning bartender Marek Klecka, a special Malfy Gin bar takeover in collaboration with Asia’s 50 Best–ranked bar, The Curator. Comedy Manila takes centre stage with a two-hour stand-up comedy showcase that promises sharp punchlines, bold storytelling, and plenty of laughs over dinner and cocktails. The evening features a stellar lineup headlined by GB Labrador and Ryan Puno, supported by a dynamic cast of rising comedic voices including Joseph Montecillo, Aldo Cuervo, Margie De Leon, River Cruz, Issa Villaverde, and Chino Liao.

Adding to the celebration, is the launch of a delectable new dessert, the classic Bombe Alaska reimagined with flair – Chef Gordon Ramsay’s indulgent nod to tradition. At the heart of this fiery show-stopping dessert lies a dome of sponge cake layered with velvety house-made vanilla and ube ice cream, enveloped in a meringue and torched tableside with the limited-edition Don Papa Masskara rum – a rum inspired by the vibrant MassKara Festival in Bacolod, Philippines, with notes of native botanicals, calamansi, honey, and siling labuyo (local chili).

Great British Brunch: Saturday, August 30th
Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines proudly unveils its Great British Brunch, a new weekend ritual designed for long, leisurely moments with family or friends. Launching on August 30 and available every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, this curated brunch experience serves free-flowing appetizers and desserts, paired with a choice of signature main courses. Highlights include a delightful Salmon Benedict, a rich Braised Lamb, an oozing Cheese Toastie, and more.
