We have this pre-conceived stereotype when we hear the word fine dining. I bet you’re thinking: small portions, expensive food close to borderline unreasonable, and everything fancy. This is why you swear by yourself you’d never step in a fine dining restaurant because hindi mo afford. (Unless someone invites you for a free meal.)
But we’re all about breaking stereotypes here, and Ibiza Beach Club BGC, too, is for shattering stereotypes as their dining experience is the perfect illustration of premium dining apart from its preconceived clichés.
Ibiza Beach Club BGC offers lifestyle dining-slash-fine dining to its patrons who wish to take a break from their bustling city life—because there’s no denying, being in a prime business center like BGC would often call for a temporary retreat. Whether for just a drink or two, or for a hearty feast.
But keep Ibiza Beach Club BGC apart from those other fancy restaurants, because, with their unique dining experience, you’d come to think that a fancy dinner doesn’t have to cost that much. Here is how they break molds and bust fine dining myths:
Look at that glistening barbecue sauce!
Ibiza Beach Club BGC gives you your money’s worth with their BIG portions.
BIG is an understatement, especially when you finally get to see that their single serving is actually worth for two people (and *more than enough* for big eaters like me). They make sure you get a generous amount of their food, to make up for your money’s worth which also doesn’t really cost that much.
And while they splurge you with their thick slices of meat and vast servings of seafood and pasta, they balance this out with their choices of greens in their salad bar.
Fresh greens to kick off a power meal
They marry fine dining and lifestyle dining perfectly.
Because Ibiza Beach Club’s setting is resort-themed with plush lounges, water-sunken seating area, Jacuzzi, and live entertainment, they’ve revolutionized dining altogether.
The place can turn into a far-flung tropical island where you can lightly take sips of your refreshing drink and party it out with their house music, but it can also turn into a fancy supper complete with live entertainment accompaniment and fine ambiance in their main dining hall.
Here is their executive lounge, overlooking the tall skyscrapers of BGC.
See, managing to get that premium dining experience doesn’t mean fine dining right away. It can mean a sit-down dinner, a whole night of cocktail drinks, etc. You can pick your own fun, depending on your mood, and let Ibiza Beach Club’s flexibility do the work of personalizing your desired dining experience.
You get A+ service, food, and ambiance for a fair price.
While other restaurants charge over-the-top prices, Ibiza Beach Club stay true to the value of their offerings—it’s reasonable and affordable for everyone’s liking. You can get as much as a three-course lunch for…surprise! Php 500.
If you’re not convinced enough, let me show you a sneak peek that might make you want to hop on the next ride to BGC:
The experience starts off with premium ingredients that ultimately become the heart of their menu. They have the coveted Filet Mignon (which I hardly ever hear or see except when I watch Masterchef!), the fancied Canadian Beef Ribs, to name a few. They have Baby Back Ribs, Salmon, and Lamb Chops which are included in their set tapas. They’ve also set ala carte dishes for those who want to enjoy the meal on its own.
This spaghetti carbonara is prepared with egg yolks, the classic way.
Among my favorites were the Paella which had succulent seafood elements, the tender Ribeye steak that was perfectly seasoned, and the Mussels Marineiere paired with a crisp bread ideal for dipping.
You see, one stereotype you cannot truly deny Ibiza Beach Club BGC of is the quality of their food. Despite the fancy set-up and the value they set for their restaurant—Ibiza Beach Club BGC still makes the experience an accessible one.
