Taking place from 26–28 November 2026 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), the fifth edition of FIND will connect international and regional brands with the architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality professionals, distributors, and procurement teams shaping projects across Thailand and Southeast Asia.

Carl Constantin Press, General Manager of Fiera Milano Asia Pacific, said, “Following four editions in Singapore, FIND’s move to Bangkok places the fair within one of Asia’s most active markets for hospitality, residential, retail, and mixed-use development. With the first exhibitors now confirmed, national participation taking shape, and the FIND Global Summit programme developing, the 2026 edition is beginning to reveal what visitors can expect this November.”

AN INTERNATIONAL SOURCING PLATFORM FOR FURNITURE, INTERIORS, AND DESIGN

The exhibition brings together established international names, specialist manufacturers, and a strong contingent of Thai and Asian companies across the interiors ecosystem.

Within furniture, workplace, and contract design, participating brands include Arper, Humanscale, Wilkhahn, PLUS Corporation, Sitia, C&R, Vertier, Podium, and Watanasiri Metal Works.

The materials and architectural offering spans surfaces, coatings, timber, stone, hardware, and architectural systems, with names including TOA, WDC – Western Decor Corporation, Champaca, Ratchada Marble, Timberix, Woodmark, Valpaint, KAWAJUN, Skyfold, and Aritco.

Textiles, wallcoverings, and flooring will feature international and regional specialists including Philip Jeffries, C. & C. Milano, PASAYA / Textile Gallery, Royal Thai, Shaw Contract, and Beauflor, while kitchen, bathroom, and wellness solutions will include Kohler Kitchen, Elmar, Hinokisoken, Pacific Bathroom Design, and Welcraft.

Together, the mix reflects FIND’s broader approach to sourcing: connecting products, materials, and solutions across the spaces being designed throughout Asia, from hotels and branded residences to workplaces, restaurants, retail destinations, and private homes.

ITALY AND SINGAPORE BRING NATIONAL DESIGN PERSPECTIVES TO BANGKOK

FIND’s international character will be further strengthened by dedicated national participation.

A large Italian Pavilion, organised and supported by the Italian Trade Agency (ITA/ICE), will bring over 14 Italian companies across furniture, lighting, ceramics, stone and marble, textiles, wallcoverings, and interior solutions to Bangkok.

Italy’s presence reflects the growing importance of Thailand and Southeast Asia for the country’s design industry. Italy ranked as Thailand’s third-largest furniture supplier overall and its leading European supplier in 2025, according to the Italian Trade Agency.

A Singapore Pavilion, supported by Enterprise Singapore, will provide a platform for Singapore companies to present their design and manufacturing capabilities to Thailand and the wider regional market, extending connections developed through FIND’s previous four editions in Singapore.

The national showcases form part of a wider international exhibitor mix designed to connect global design and manufacturing capabilities with Southeast Asia’s growing architecture, interiors, and development ecosystem.

INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL: THE FIND GLOBAL SUMMIT

Complementing the exhibition floor, the FIND Global Summit is the intellectual centrepiece of FIND 2026, bringing together leading voices from architecture, design, real estate, hospitality, and innovation.

Building on a legacy of speakers from internationally renowned firms and organisations including Accor, Snøhetta, HBA Korea, Marriott International, WHY Architecture, Concept i, Central Pattana, Six Senses, and CBRE, the Summit connects global perspectives with the people shaping Asia’s rapidly evolving built environment.

Across three days of keynotes, masterclasses, and panel discussions, the programme examines the ideas influencing how we design, build, and experience space, from cultural architecture and adaptive reuse to AI, material innovation, hospitality, branded living, wellness, and mixed-use development.

The 2026 programme is shaped around three editorial pillars:

• The Asian Design Authority | Beyond the Blueprint

Exploring Asia’s growing confidence as a design vanguard, where regional authorship, cultural identity, and ambitious projects are increasingly influencing the global design conversation.

• The New Vernacular | Salvaged. Engineered. Reauthored.

Examining how adaptive reuse, circularity, AI, new technologies, materials, and climate are creating a contemporary design language that remains rooted in place while looking decisively forward.

• Asia’s Sensory Sanctuaries | A Way of Living

Looking at how Asia’s approach to hospitality and sensory design is extending into branded residences, resort living, wellness, and healthcare, creating new expectations around experience, materiality, and wellbeing.

Together, the three pillars provide a framework for the people, projects, and ideas defining the next chapter of design in Asia.

TIDA BY TIDA: THAI DESIGN THROUGH A CONTEMPORARY LENS

Among the special features debuting in Bangkok is TIDA by TIDA – Thailand Interior Design and Art by TIDA, developed through FIND’s collaboration with the Thailand Interior Designers’ Association (TIDA).

Presented under the theme The Sanctuary of Flavours, the programme invites visitors to experience Thai identity beyond traditional visual references, exploring its expression through sensory experience, materials, craftsmanship, gastronomy, wellness, and contemporary ways of living.

Highlights include Sensory +1: Reimagine Longevity, exploring how Thai culture, wellness traditions, and sensory experiences can inform environments for healthier and more meaningful living, alongside an Innovative Gastronomy component connecting food, materials, objects, and design.

Selected installations include The Orbit of Awareness by Badintra Balankura of Context Studio, drawing inspiration from Ubon Ratchathani’s candle-carving tradition, and KINSCAPE by Design Plant, which explores how design can enhance Thailand’s street-food ecosystem while preserving its cultural identity.

The wider programme will also feature the TIDA Thesis Awards Exhibition and Presentation, TIDA Members’ Exhibition, and Lounge, connecting established professionals, emerging talent, brands, and the wider design community.

DESIGNED FOR THE PROFESSIONALS SPECIFYING ASIA’S NEXT SPACES

FIND is built around discovery, specification, and professional connection.

For architects and interior designers, the exhibition offers an opportunity to discover furniture, materials, surfaces, textiles, and architectural solutions while engaging directly with manufacturers and technical specialists. For developers, hospitality groups, and procurement professionals, it creates a concentrated sourcing environment across the different elements required for hotel, residential, workplace, retail, and mixed-use projects.

The exhibition will be complemented by FIND’s B2B and buyer programmes, facilitating targeted connections between exhibiting companies and relevant architects, designers, developers, hospitality groups, distributors, and procurement professionals.

November timing also coincides with the period when project teams are looking ahead to the next cycle of developments, renovations, and specifications, positioning FIND as a meeting point for both immediate sourcing and future project conversations.

THREE DAYS, ONE CITY, A REGION’S DESIGN COMMUNITY

FIND – Design Fair Asia was created as a meeting point between international design and the rapidly evolving markets of Asia. Its fifth edition brings that proposition to Bangkok for the first time.

Across three days, visitors will encounter international brands alongside Thai manufacturers, established design names alongside emerging talent, commercial sourcing alongside experimentation, and physical products alongside the ideas and conversations shaping the future of the built environment, summarised by Carl Constantin Press, General Manager of Fiera Milano Asia Pacific.

Early Bird Registration is now open, offering complimentary access to the exhibition, FIND Global Summit, and special features across all three days. Onsite registration will be subject to a THB 500 admission fee.
