Yes, the force has truly awakened this season. Ten years after the last installment, everyone’s in for yet another adventure in a galaxy far, far away. It’s Star Wars fever all around! Of course, long-time fans and loyalists are reminiscing about their old, classic toys (“first edition yun, pre!), collectors are yearning to get their hands on those treasured mint conditions, every single person is searching for the best Star Wars merchandise there is. Well, search no more, friends and fellow fanatics. We found it.
The Holy Grail of All Things Star Wars.
Tucked away in Marikina, above this scrumptious establishment called Tokyo Tempura (unlimited tempura for 199, yáll!), is a great little shop called Kristi & Miguel Thrift Shoppe, with awesome, fascinating vintage pieces. And on the third floor of the place, in a sealed, air-conditioned room on the third floor, is one of the best Star Wars collection this side of the globe. It’s a Star Wars haven. And I mean HAVEN.
Open the door and step into a magical, magical place filled with everything Star Wars. You can practically hear that familiar theme playing in your mind. Be still, my heart.
