LOOK: Eric Fructuoso of Gwapings Shows How We Shouldn’t Be Choosy with Jobs During the Pandemic

Eric Fructuoso, best known as a member of the Gwapings in the 1990s, has shared with fans and friends how there’s absolutely nothing wrong or to be ashamed of about working simple jobs especially at a time of a pandemic as he poses for a photo driving a tricycle.

“Times like these hindi pwedeng kaartehan ang paiiralin!” he said on his Instagram post. “Basta ligal na pagkakakitaan para sa mga anak, tirahin lang ng tirahin!

[Translation: Times like these, we shouldn’t allow ourselves to be choosy. As long as our sources of income are legal, just keep doing it for the sake of the children!]

It is unclear whether he really did start driving a tricycle as a sideline job or was only teaching a lesson about gratitude and humility, as well as choosing legal sources of extra income, amid troubling times.

It is known, however, that Eric is a motorcycle enthusiast.

Many of his fans and friends agreed with what he said in the comments and even jokingly asked how much his “pamasahe” costs.
