Ellen Adarna Shares Her Effective Way of Handling Stress: ”Look at Your Beautiful Nails”

Ellen Adarna is back at it again with her Q&A session on Instagram. One of the inquiries from her followers was, “How do you handle stress? Please share! I badly need to know.”

In response, the Cebuana actress revealed her way of stress management with a video saying, “Like what I’m doing now, dai. I’m having my nails done by Mimi, you know?” Ellen was referring to celebrity nail artist Mimi Qiu Reyes who was working on her nails then. The artist has also done works for Bretman Rock on the cover of Vogue, and Bea Alonzo and Catriona Grey on their respective Mega covers, to name a few.

Ellen continued, “[Mag]pagawa ka din ng nails mo kay Mimi [so that] when you have a stressful day and you look at your beautiful nails, you know, it makes your day a little bit better!” Have you considered this before?

In another IG Story, she flaunted her beautiful nails that are sure to save her from bad days ahead!

Also among her fans’ questions was if the celebrity mom is going to Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour. To which she responded “Yes, we bought tickets na,” and shared that Mimi’s coming too.
