Household names in specialty cuisine, Senju and Summer Palace, feature exclusive anniversary set menus to celebrate years of culinary distinction, while HEAT animates your dining experience with enhanced themed offers. Special limited edition food items and labels tie in Edsa Shangri-La Manila’s truly satisfying dining experience.

Senju celebrates artful Japanese dining experiences featuring all-time favorites served in threes: the sashimi moriawase that includes 3 kinds of sashimi, 3 varieties of nigiri, and sushi rolls; signature teppanyaki with a premium choice of beef, the Saikoro steak; and teppan shrimp. Savor the taste as we transport you to Japan in a feast of a thousand pleasures. Senju’s anniversary set menu is available at PHP 4,000 net per person until 31 August 2022.

The home to authentic Cantonese cuisine, Summer Palace celebrates years of tradition and culinary excellence in a special anniversary set menu available at Php6,160 net per head. Featuring dishes that represent success, abundance, and prosperity, dive into a flavourful feast that includes:

  • Appetizers: Steamed baby abalone dumplings, chilled prawn salad, fried crispy beef, and roasted duck with fresh mango
  • Soup: Braised supreme seafood soup
  • Main: Baked codfish fillet in cream sauce; lamb chops with seasonal vegetables topped with crispy enoki in Kang Ma sauce; braised lobster with noodles in superior stock and seasonal vegetables
