The trouble is that DPWH officers and employees who are behind this scheme have been benumbed by the “FUNNY” pictures and have returned to their corrupt ways making alibis that no malice was intended in putting those photoshopped pictures in facebook.
The following are the horrific facts:
DPWH inspectorate team submits fake pictures in approving finished road projects in far flung provinces… only to be verified later by satellite photos that the location of Road in fake photos are under the sea. Some instances They reported concrete paved roads with fake pictures but upon verification, the road was made of gravel. and mind you in CAR, a Road improvement project (painting of ROADS) was supposedly implemented only to be verified later that the road is a dirt road.
On road right of way claims, the claimant cohorts by the crooked DPWH men submitted fake pictures of grand houses to increase value of the house affected by the road projects. kasabwat din ng DPWH corrupt men ang judiciary dahil sila at ang solicitors general office ang nagdidikta sa isang MARIO TEMPLO na bagman ni Patrick Gatan na ibigay na ang pera sa mga fake din na claimant.
Naku po! bilyon na ang nasayang sa mga peke na yan. Not funny at all!
