Now under the Pancake House Group, Dencio’s has always been one of my favorite go-to Filipino restaurants as a kid. They were the pioneers of bar and grill in the country after all. It also holds a number of fond memories for me—as my softball teammates and I would eat and bond here frequently. My staple order, naturally, is their pork sisig. I can’t get enough of their kinilaw na tanigue as well!

Dencio’s Bar and Grill in Capitol Hills is the perfect place to chill with friends, while enjoying the fresh breeze and view. So when in Manila, head up north and have a cold bottle of beer or two with the most savory sisig in town.
