Yesterday, the Philippines took a massive blow when Gilas Pilipinas lost against China in the FIBA finals, with a score of 67-78. Netizens were disappointed, with some even calling for a boycott of Chowking, a popular Chinese fastfood restaurant.
But Chowking decided to tweet about the issue. In the tweet, they addressed accusations that the game was rigged (or luto, which directly translates to cooked). According to the tweet:
We had nothing to do with China’s win! If something was cooked (rigged), it only happens in our kitchen 😉 #GilasPilipinas
They also tweeted this image:
“The #RoadtoRio2016 doesn’t end here”

Basically, chinese athletes and coaches, from the mainland china, does not play by the rules, they play by what they want. Don’t put filipino-chinese businessess here. As they are made here in the philippines, but owned by chinese in looks, but filipino at heart. What I have heard that chinese rich does not want to even live in their own country.
