In it are three layers: a decadent chocolate ganache on top, a moist chocolate sponge cake in the center, and a crunchy surprise at the bottom. And what a treat that is! Made up of coarsely chopped cornflakes and a hazelnut praline base, this bottom layer gives the cake a sweet and nutty finish!
