3. Delicioso

Our love-hate relationship with carbs continues, but mostly just love for their paella negra, truffle jamon pizza, and pastas. And to shower us with more love, they have an impressive selection of wines and beers. Tip: Pre-order the paella.

2. Sitting Duck

A cozy diner that serves eggs benedict and cocktails all day is almost like an answer to all my prayers. And thank your lucky stars because their barbecued ribs is the best God-given ribs you can find. Tip: start with the social swimmers (crispy fried herring) and artichoke dip.

1. Terrasse Bistro

Heart-stopping decadence at its finest. Their kitayama wagyu beef sinfully paired with a bone marrow is everything we need in our lives. And because we can never have enough bone marrow, try their roasted bone marrow with onion jam too. Scratch that, try everything. Tip: Book ahead, bone marrow supply is limited.

The District, Ayala North Point, Talisay (5 minutes outside Bacolod).
