#Burn: President of Summit Media Replies to Troll Commenter on FB

In line with the on-going issue of the Mitsubishi Montero SUA (Sudden unintended acceleration) Top Gear Philippines has been posting about this on their website and Facebook page for the longest time. Some commenters were claiming that TG’s posts were defending Mitsubishi and that they were biased because they are both “owned” by the Gokongwei’s

Spot.ph (Which is also under Summit Media) posted this photo on their Facebook page with the caption:

“Favorite zinger quote from this Facebook exchange circulating online: “Research pa more, pare ko”!  [Note: Lisa Gokongwei Cheng is President of Summit Media, which owns Spot and Top Gear. Top Gear has been covering the Mitsubishi Motors SUA incidents.]”

Lisa Gokongwei Cheng cleared the issue on this matter with a comment through Facebook explaining that the Gokongwei’s joint venture with Mitsubishi Corp is for mini-stop and like other companies, it has all eyes on every industry. She also added “Research pa more pare ko!” to end her comment. LOL.

What do you think of Mrs. Gokongwei-Cheng’s comment?
