BTS member Jungkook bagged the ‘Instagrammer Global’ award at the MTV Millennial Awards. He surpassed other big celebrities like Shawn Mendes, Ariana Grande, and Marshmello. But, the catch is, Jungkook doesn’t even have an Instagram account. The said account, with over 6 million followers and more than 1,200 posts, is actually a fan account owned by an ARMY (their fanbase’s name.)

The account’s username is @bts.jungkook. The said account’s profile has a description which says, “방탄소년단 (literal translation: Bangtan Boys,) Busan 1997 the main vocalist and maknae jeon jungkook ?? — fɑnstɑgrɑm,” stating that it is a fan made account.
BTS only has one Instagram account, @bts.bighitofficial, which is an account shared by all the members: Jungkook, Jin, Suga, Jimin, V, J Hope, and their leader RM.
