Yes, it does. Well, Big Sky Nation does, at least. I traveled to Germany, France, and Malta during the summer, and it worked like a charm in every country I visited. I did have some connection issues inside Versailles Palace; but other than that, Big Sky Nation worked like a breeze – and it was fast too.
I was actually able to make seamless calls while on a bus, which I found pleasantly surprising, and the battery lasts up to 16 whole hours, so you won’t have to worry about running out of battery while in an unknown city. (Just make sure your phone is properly juiced up as well.)
What’s more, if you’re traveling in a group, you can just get one portable Big Sky Nation device, and you can already connect up to five devices to it.
There are no data caps either. They just throttle to 3G speeds if you hit the fair use policy… but come on, who would download or stream anything while traveling in Europe, anyway?

All you have to do is exit the airport, look for the Big Sky Nation box outside, and drop it off before you head home.
