It was just November last year when Barbie Forteza revealed she was building her dream home for herself and her family. Today, she’s getting closer and closer to turning her dreams into reality!
The Kapuso Primetime Princess just gave a glimpse of the new house–a picture of its facade where the actress posed by the window–and it seems like the construction is now in its last phase and almost done!
With the three-storey building taking shape, Forteza could not help but quote a line by “Game of Thrones” character Daenerys Targaryen in the caption: “I’m no ordinary woman. My dreams come true.”
Meanwhile, her supportive boyfriend Jak Roberto quipped in the comments, “Rapunzel!!! Let down your hair!!!”

Since her announcement, Barbie had been posting updates from time to time.
In February, the “Maria Clara at Ibarra” actress shared a photo of her with her family on-site in its earlier stage of construction.

And then again in April, where she finalized every detail before jumping back to work. This set of photos that Forteza uploaded shows that she is very hands-on with the project!

Barbie expressed how much of a big deal this new home is to her in a previous interview. “I love my family so much… Isa ‘yun sa mga dreams ko, na magkaroon ng sarili naming bahay,” she told GMA.
“Gusto ko it will really feel like home and it will not feel intimidating na parang, ni ayaw mo mag-tsinelas sa loob or ayaw mo madumihan ‘yung part nung bahay… Doon lang kami halos nagsasama-sama ng mga pamilya ko, so I want my house to be functional and to feel like home…”
As to when Barbie Forteza’s dream house will be finished, there’s no set date yet. In the meantime, we’re all rooting for her!
