Situated in the most active part of the island, Station 3, Astoria Current is a luxurious resort that gives us the best Boracay experience. We were greeted by the most lovable and accommodating staff and the hotel’s bright and energetic esthetic that immediately catches the attention.

With a total of 200 colorful rooms to choose from, each has something that suits everyone’s taste. There’s the Standard Room if you are the laid-back type, family-friendly spaces like the Two-Bedroom Suite if you’re traveling as a family or a group, and Deluxe Room if you want a room that screams elegance.

We got the Deluxe Pool View Room during our stay, which has two queen beds perfect for two to four people. The room comes with amenities such as LCD television with cable, bathroom with rain shower and bathtub, refrigerator, oven, coffee and tea set, electronic safe, and WiFi.

Aside from this room which gave us the perfect rest and relaxation that we needed, Astoria Current’s amenities helped us experience Boracay at its best.
The resort’s very own Parasol Restaurant gave us a filling, gastronomic experience with their breakfast and lunch buffet. You can also check out their a la carte that offers scrumptious dishes. You can opt to dine indoors and enjoy the elegantly designed restaurant, or feel the ocean breeze by eating at the beachfront.

Their instagrammable pools will satisfy your “aura moments.” The main pool and annex pool are perfect for everyone who wants to take a dip and just enjoy the resort’s ambiance.

After a long day of water activities and exploring the island, we capped off our day at Astoria Current’s very own Wellness Spa, which features a sauna room and massage rooms equipped with massage beds and aromatherapy oils.
