Andrew Lloyd Webber volunteered for vaccine trial to try and get actors and musicians back onstage

Music genius behind popular musicals such as Jesus Christ Superstar and The Phantom of the Opera, Andrew Lloyd Webber, just completed the Oxford vaccine trial for COVID-19 in hopes that it will be the one to eliminate the virus so that actors and musicians can go back to doing what they love. Sporting a shirt that says #SaveOurStages, Andrew Lloyd Webber is committed to getting these theatre performers their jobs back and will do what he can to do it.

“I’ll do anything to get theatres large and small open again and actors and musicians back to work,” he writes on his Instagram post where he’s seen being injected, face mask on, and wearing said shirt.

We truly admire ALW’s bravery and courage for this. And how he’s willing to let himself be the trial in order to get people their jobs back. Kudos to you, ALW!
