Andres Muhlach shared his father Aga Muhlach’s advice on love and relationships.

In an interview with Boy Abunda, the veteran host asked if his father was involved in his love life when he was younger.
“Of course, they give us advice tungkol sa lovelife pero they’re never controlling about it,” he answered.
The 24-year-old actor revealed that he has never brought a girlfriend home to meet his parents. However, his father shared a piece of advice that has stuck with him.
“The biggest thing talaga is to be yourself, ‘yun talaga ‘yung sinasabi niya sa akin. Halimbawa, when it comes to relationships, you don’t want to be that type of person who is pretending to be someone you’re not. You just want to be yourself, and if she likes you for who you are, then ayun,” he told the host.
When asked about specific dating tips, the young star didn’t give a direct answer, but he shared one word: “thoughtfulness.”
“Being able to think of the person you like without them even having to remind you—that’s the biggest tip. Thoughtfulness talaga,” he explained.
He also revealed that he has never had a girlfriend, a personal choice driven by his hectic schedule and demanding work commitments.
“Kasi right now, with the way everything has happened, mas lalo with work and everything, parang I’ve been so busy these last few years,” he said.
However, he admitted that he has courted someone and has had experiences in the past.
Andres Muhlach is a rising actor who is best known for his acting performances in “Ang Mutya ng Section E” and “Minamahal: 100 Bulaklak Para Kay Luna.” He also dabbled in theater as he took on his father’s role in “Bagets The Musical.”
