In a recent social media post, Iya Villania shared a glimpse of her new home with her husband Drew Arellano, and their kids! She showed snaps of the house capturing a playground in the backyard, a dining area on a balcony overlooking Rizal, and what appears to be a semi-outdoor kitchen.
According to the celebrity mom, her tiny dream home came to life with the help of Architect Jilli Gomez, Interior Designer Lauren Laudico Lachica, and the entire Ikoniq Design Studio and Ikoniq Construction team. “I know not many can finish a build/renovation and say that they loved their team by the end of it, but I was really blessed with these girls (and the whole Ikoniq Design Studio and Ikoniq Construction team). No headaches with these guys,” she captioned the photos.
Arch. Gomez thanked Iya for allowing them to be their most creative selves through this project. “She was such a joy to work with, a Godsend,” she described the actress/TV host as she shared photos of the house from her perspective on her own account earlier.

Netizens congratulated her in the comments, but pointed out that the house is “not tiny.” To which Iya replied, “it really is [laughing emoji]. You’ll understand when you see it.”

In another comment, she added that she is “not even trying to be humble.” “The kitchen is outside and there are no rooms but the house wasn’t designed to be lived in, anyway, so that’s okay,” she continued.
Her celebrity friends, on the other hand, were ecstatic. Carla Abellana and Luis Manzano congratulated the couple in the comments, while Chesca Garcia-Kramer got excited to come over. “When will you invite us to see your beautiful home? So happy for the family!!! It’s our turn to visit you guys,” she penned. Other personalities who expressed their admiration for the Arellanos’ new home are Angelica Panganiban, Coleen Garcia, and Andi Eigenmann.
Drew Arellano and Iya Villania, who married in January 2014, are parents to four children: Primo, Leon, Alana, and Astro.
