Iya Villania and her family are putting up a new home in Taytay, Rizal and she happily gave fans and friends an update on how it’s going so far in an Instagram post last week!
In the video she posted, she did a mini tour around their new tiny home, showing the different parts of the house such as a playground for her children, an outdoor kitchen, a hangout area, and a second floor. She said that construction is almost done.

Iya, her husband Drew Arellano, and their kids Primo, Leon, and Alana did the groundbreaking ceremony for what would be their first family home in Rizal in December last year. They all currently live in a condo unit with Iya’s mother Elena.
So happy for them! Can’t wait to see what their new house will look like!
