Ignite Gospel Music Festival is the first and one-of-its-kind battle of the bands reality program on Philippine TV that showcases the musical prowess of independent bands composed of Gospel and Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) performers and composers. It prides on being the stepping stone for these aspiring hopefuls in the music industry. On its fourth season on Light Network Channel 33, the program ventured on harnessing the skills of 7 promising bands through the form of an original songwriting challenge mentored respectively by Ace Libre(of Never the Strangers), Ean Aguila(of Ang Bandang Shirley), Toby Huyssen(of Gloryfall) and Elmer Blancaflor(composer, arranger, and musical director).

Now down on the Festival Night, the bands that will shake the crowd with their original compositions include For Piko Purposes, Seed, Kergyma, Jesusters, Undergrace, Psalm of Deborah and Flesh+Blood. The judges who will evaluate them are Harald Huyssen(drummer of Shamrock and Gloryfall) and Casper Blancaflor(former vocalist of band Craeon). They will decide which band will take home 50,000 pesos and be declared the grand winner of Ignite Gospel Music Festival Season 4. But it doesn’t stop there. The 2nd and 3rd winners will also get to win cash prizes and take home additional prizes from Light Netwrok Channel 33.

So what are you waiting for? Get your fill of endless musical excitement and head to the Ignite Gospel Music Festival Night at Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue on Nov. 18 2016, 5pm.
