90s kids rejoice! If you used to be as addicted to Crash Bandicoot games on PlayStation as I was, then you will be absolutely ecstatic to hear that three Crash Bandicoot games are currently being remastered for the PlayStation 4. While these may have just been rumours a few months ago, various reputable websites, including Kotaku, GameSpot, Forbes and IGN, have confirmed the revival of one of my most-loved games of all time.

According to IGN, Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot: Warped will all be remastered and released for PlayStation 4. Aside from that, Crash will also be an exclusive character in Skylanders: Imaginators!

What do you think? It doesn’t look exactly like the old Crash games, but he did need a modernised upgrade to suit today’s generation of gamers, so I’m pretty excited to see what it will be like in actual gameplay. Besides, even if the Skylanders version doesn’t turn out to be as awesome as expected, the remastered games are still gonna be there to look forward to! 🙂
